(More customer reviews)When received, this item was broken.I contacted "Unbeatable Sale" where Amazon outsourced it and although they sounded apologetic -- told me they'd be sending me a form so I could return it (with no postage due) and then they could send me a new one.However, it has been 2 weeks and still no claim form.So, it is kind of hard to review this product.
