(More customer reviews)I had this clock growing up in rural Texas.We used it for years, and then one time we took it outside while we were doing some work (clearing brush or something like that).I forgot the clock out there and didn't find it again for months, possibly even a year.Guess what -- when I found it again, it still worked!The plastic case (mine was white) was yellowed from the sun, but otherwise it was no worse for the wear.Quite impressive.
